Accounting Specialist / Certified Accountant (m/f/d)

For our office in Niederdorfelden, we are looking to fill a position due to succession as soon as possible:

Accounting Specialist / Certified Accountant (m/f/d)

Your future areas of responsibility will be:

Managing multiple company entities
Processing transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
Overseeing asset accounting
Recording bank transactions
Assisting with monthly closings
Reconciling accounts
Preparing year-end entries in coordination with our tax advisor
Filing VAT returns
Supporting audits and year-end audits
Compiling and maintaining various statistics, supporting projects
Acting as a key partner to the Head of Finance

You will report directly to the Head of Finance.

Requirements:

A degree in business administration or a commercial qualification with additional certification as a certified accountant
Practical experience with SAP applications and MS Office is essential
Knowledge of group accounting (consolidation) is a plus
Strong written and spoken German and English skills
You work in a structured, independent manner and quickly and autonomously acquire any missing expertise
An entrepreneurial mindset and initiative are expected
Your attention to detail and accuracy complete your profile
